Peter has lived and dived from all sides of the world ever since 1982 (25 years). For 16 years he was with a Dive Shop in the Netherlands and then with their Diver/Instructor Centre in France from 1999-2003. Since 2002 he has been an Accident Investigator for Recreational Diving, a PADI Master Instructor, and an EFR Instructor. Plus he has worked for 13 years as an International Marketeer. Barb splashed into the cold water scuba diving scene almost 30 years ago in 1979. She opened her first dive shop in Anchorage, Alaska (1980) and currently freelances in BC and across the world as a photojournalist. She took over Innerspace Productions and brought it up to Canada in 1997. In her line of work (journalism) she has had the opportunity to travel to many wonderful places around the world. Barb states, "I enjoy BC's awesome selection of dive areas to choose from year round. I've never seen such a wide array of marine life that British Columbia has to offer, anywhere else in the world." Scott and his wife bought Alpha Dive Services in Powell River, BC back in August of 2006. He's a retired Naval Clearance Diver of 22 years in the service and has dived all around the world. Both coasts of N. America, Bermuda, Hawaii, S. China Sea, Norway and the list keeps going on! What he likes most about BC, "the diversity of life, from large marine mammals to the tiny nudibranchs.
